I decided to start this blog of with the topic which means the least to me in the grand scheme, but none the less, weighs most on us, while we are doing something we all call "work". It doesn't matter where you work, it's the small stuff that adds up and makes our lives miserable. I work in a place where we are, our own worst enemies. Local government. Backstabbing. Budgets are one thing, but self-interpretation of directives is another. I'm not at the top of the food chain, but I'm certainly not at the bottom. As long as I know that my actions are appropriate, according to the directives, then feel free to take to take a shot at me. But that paint can cost $2.00? Okay, so, if it costs too much to follow the directives, use a paper bag.
More about that later.
